Our Process

When you engage the services of Done Deeds Errand Services you can expect the following:

• You can contact us by telephone or email.
• An appointment will be made for you by a Director of Deeds. A representative from Done Deeds Errand Services will visit you at your home, at your convenience, and review your requests. There is no charge for your initial consultation. It is obligation free and confidential.
• You will be listened to carefully so that your needs and requirements are fully understood.
• Your requests are scheduled by date and time, but we would like 24 hours notice to arrange services.
• A minimum of one-hour is required for all bookings.
• Done Deeds Errand Services has the right to refuse any service which is illegal, questionable or prohibited by our insurance policy or would put our employees in any danger.
