Our general hourly rate for work to be done is $55.00 per hour on weekdays, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime and weekends are $75.00 per hour. We also offer monthly services packages. Monthly Service Packages are purchased for 3 & 6 month periods and have a reduced rate of $50.00/hour.

- Hourly services start at $55.00/hour. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
- We accept cash and credit cards via PayPal.
- Once the deed is scheduled, 1/2 payment is made in advance.
- A minimum of one-hour is required for all bookings.
- Hourly rates reflect charges for services rendered by Done Deeds Errand Services but do NOT include the cost of merchandise, repairs, fees or services by our referral network providers.
- The meter starts running from the moment we arrive to the destination of our deed and ends when the deed is completed.
- Driving is limited to 25 km per service, should additional driving be required a charge of $.40 per km will be applied.
- Surcharges may apply for Same Day Services.
- We have the right to refuse any services which is illegal, questionable or prohibited by our insurance policy or would put our employees in any danger.
Customer’s Right to Cancel
- Within 24 hours of the signed contract, the Customer may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason at all by providing written notice to the Deed Provider of the
determination to terminate the Agreement. If the Deed Provider has provided any service to the Customer prior to the Agreement being terminated, the Customer shall be
responsible for payment to the Deed Provider for services rendered.
Urgent or On-Call Requests
- Surcharges may apply.
- When no advanced notice is provided and services must be delivered the same day.
- The team from Done Deeds will do our best to accommodate these requests.
